In this module, we can see all the reports like "Patients Reports By Admission Date," "Patients Reports By Discharge Date," "Patients By Department/Ward," and so on.

Q: Where can i find the patients list by admission date?

To find the patients list by admission date, first go to the Patients by Adm. date page in the Nursing (sub module of Reports module).

On this page, first of all, we need to select the type, from date, to date, and department.

Then click on the "Get Report" button.

We will get all the patients list of that particular dates and particular department (or) all departments, as shown below:

Q: Where can i find the patients list by discharge date?

To find the patients list by discharge date, first go to the Patients by Disch. date page in the Nursing (sub module of Reports module).

On this page, first of all, we need to select the type, from date, to date, and department.

Then click on the "Get Report" button.

We will get all the patients list of that particular dates and particular department (or) all departments, as shown below:

Q: Where can i find the patients list by department / ward ?

To find the patients list by department/ward, first go to the Patients by Department/Ward page in the Nursing (sub module of Reports module).

On this page, first of all, we need to select the type, from date, to date, department, ward, room No. and bed No. as per your requirement.

Then click on the "Get Report" button.

We will get the list of patients according to the selected fields, as shown below:
